Type of account creation

Petanco’s account is “email and password"or"Gmail（Googleアカウント）による認証” is adopted.。

Gmail（Googleアカウント）による認証をご希望の方でGoogleアカウントをお持ちでない方はあらかじめ作成のうえ、Please move to the login screen。

本人確認のメールが届かない

アカウントを作成したにもかかわらず、本人確認のメールが届かない場合は次のリンクを参考に対策を行ってください。

プロフィールの変更

アカウント名、メールアドレスの変更はアカウント情報ページのプロフィールセクションから行います。

アカウント名の変更

アカウント名を変更したい場合はアカウント名を修正して「更新」ボタンをクリックしてください。

メールアドレスの変更

メールアドレスを変更したい場合は、メールアドレスを修正して「更新」をクリックしてください。

初回登録時と同様にメールアドレスの認証のためのメールが送信されますので、メール内のリンクをクリックして認証を完了してください。
