Download applicant data

To download applicant data for benefits、Go to the applicable benefit details page。

Click the "Download" button in the "Benefit Information" section to start downloading。The data file format is CSV (character code UTF-8)。

Contents of applicant data

Nickname and email address are included in the application data for benefits using the application form.、Unique ID stored。Name from the perspective of personal information protection、address、Phone numbers etc. are not saved.。Will winners be asked to reply with the recipient address when sending the winning email?、Please use Google Forms etc. to enter the shipping address.。

How to send a prize notification to a prize winner and obtain the recipient's address

nickname	Nickname entered by applicant
E-mail address	Contact email address in case of winning
Player ID	ID to identify the applicant
Application date and time	Benefit application date and time

If the characters are garbled when opening the downloaded file in Excel

Please try the steps below。

1. Right-click the CSV file and select "Notepad" from "Open with"
2. Open the CSV in Notepad、Check if the characters are garbled
3. With Notepad open, select "Save As" from "File"
4. Change the character code to "ANSI" and save
5. Open the CSV file with Microsoft Excel, etc.、Check that there are no garbled characters
