Download overall statistics

To download overall statistics、特典設定画面の「応募情報」セクションの「統計情報（CSV）」をクリックしてダウンロードを開始してください。

The data file format is CSV (character code UTF-8)。

特典ごとの統計情報をダウンロードするには、スポット設定画面の「特典一覧」セクションの該当する特典のタイトルをクリックして詳細画面に移動してください。

特典詳細画面にて「特典情報」セクションの「統計情報（CSV）」をクリックしてダウンロードを開始してください。

The data file format is CSV (character code UTF-8)。

Please try the steps below。

Right-click the CSV file and select "Notepad" from "Open with"
Open the CSV in Notepad、Check if the characters are garbled
With Notepad open, select "Save As" from "File"
Change the character code to "ANSI" and save
Open the CSV file with Microsoft Excel, etc.、Check that there are no garbled characters
