獲得したスタンプは特典の応募まで参加者の端末に保存されます。そのため端末の設定や他のアプリの影響で「獲得したスタンプが消える」場合がございます。
以下にスタンプが消える主な原因をご紹介します。
- インターネットにつながっていない。またはデータ制限を受けている。
- シークレットモード・プライベートモードでアクセスしている。
- QR code reader app and SNS、Accessing from a browser within the news app。
- Old model (supports smartphones released within 3 years)。It works even if the model is old、The scope of support is limited to 3 years.。）
- セキュリティソフトなどのブラウザに影響のあるアプリをインストールしている。
- ブラウザのcookieや閲覧履歴、キャッシュなどをクリアした。
- cookieの受け入れをオフにしている。
